I tried:
1. Don’t rely on your memory… Write things down (super helpful as it turns out. I guess I boasted my almost nonexistent memory too much)
2. Make duplicate keys
3. Avoid negative people
4. Ask for help with jobs you dislike
5. Stop thinking tomorrow will be a better today
6. Practice breathing slow
7. Do it today
8. Get to work early (then again I always do - at least by 20 minutes)
9. Remember you always have options
These really helped.
